Healthy51³Ô¹Ïapp
The Healthy 51³Ô¹Ïapp Hub brings together information on a range of health and wellbeing-boosting activities. You can have some great fun, and maybe even try things you’ve never considered. From registering with a GP to information on our DSU societies, there’s something for everyone.
You can hear about the benefits of volunteering and how participating in programmes such as , 51³Ô¹Ïappsport and 51³Ô¹Ïapp Music can support mental wellbeing by connecting with others, being active or continuing to learn new skills.
Our Student Welfare Team run regular mindfulness sessions and Healthy 51³Ô¹Ïapp Masterclasses on topics such as Emotional Awareness and Resilience, Personal Productivity and Performing under Pressure.
These sessions, held in the , will be face-to-face for the first time in 18 months. You can book your place through the Healthy 51³Ô¹Ïapp Hub.
Single Point of Access (SPA) Appointment
Single Point of Access appointments last 45-minutes and are dedicated to discussing your situation with a member of our Wellbeing team.
You’ll be offered advice and referral/signposting to relevant support staff from 51³Ô¹Ïapp or other appropriate agencies and given an action plan of what to do next. You can book an appointment via .
