We’ve been working over the summer to improve our campus facilities and The Newarke Café has undergone a redesign and transformation into the Coffee House.
The refurbishment focused on improving the customer experience and includes the relocation of the main entrance door to Magazine Square, an additional service point and more seating. The menu offer has also been refreshed to include freshly made sandwiches, wraps and baguettes, alongside a hot food to go cabinet, with hot pots, freshly baked pastries and pasties and filled bagels.
Coffee House continues to serve Costa coffee, alongside seasonal offers and promotions, and is open from Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4pm.

Time2Eat
Chartwell’s has launched a new app to make ordering and paying easier. The ‘Time2Eat’ app can be used in the Food Village, Riverside Café, Coffee House and the Library Café and allows you to:
- View today's menu
- Check the allergens for any dish on the menu
- Place an order for food and/or drinks and to collect in a pre-arranged 15 minute window (during the outlet opening hours) – skip the queue!
- Pay as you go via the app or pre-load ‘credit’
Download ‘Time2Eat’ from the App Store and start using it today! The access code is ‘demontfort’.
