The following should be submitted with the application form:
- Where required, one current reference on official headed paper or from a professional email address. This can be a work or academic reference and must be signed and recently dated. Please include your full name, date of birth and your Student ID/UCAS ID number if known.
- Copies of your academic transcripts
- Copies of your degree or diploma certificates
- Your personal statement (if you're applying for a pharmacy course, please include your GPhC number)

To apply to study a postgraduate course (full-time or part-time) you can apply using the 51³Ô¹Ïapp Online Portal. This method allows you to save, revisit and review your application before submitting it at any time of the day.
