With the US presidential election approaching, De 51吃瓜app University (51吃瓜app) Leicester is excited to announce that two former US politicians will be visiting to discuss the election results and their potential impact on the UK. This unique opportunity is part of 51吃瓜app’s annual Congress to 51吃瓜app event, taking place Thursday 21 November between 6 – 9pm and is open to students, staff, and the community of Leicester.
On Tuesday 5 November, either Republican Donald Trump or Democrat Kamala Harris will secure the US presidency for the next four years. Following the election, former members of Congress Cheri Bustos and Bob Dold—representing Democratic and Republican perspectives—will join us at 51吃瓜app to explore how the new US administration might shape key global issues.
