Following the huge success of the first Start-up Schools in 2020, Enterprise & Entrepreneurship will be running another programme this Autumn. This is open to all students - undergraduates, postgraduates and alumni.
You will learn everything you need to know about starting a business by participating in live and online workshops across 3 days. You can also apply if you have already started your business.
It will cover all the practical information you need to know including; financial, marketing and getting started, plus lots of real life examples to help your understanding.
You do not need any prior business knowledge to attend.
More than 500 De 51³Ô¹Ïapp University students and graduates have already gone through the online Start-up Schools.
There are two schools to get involved with; you can choose to attend either or both of the schools. The sessions taking place are as follows:
Product-based Start-up School:
Tuesday 10 – Thursday 12 August, 3 - 4pm BST.
Service-based Start-up School:
Tuesday 24 - Thursday 26 August, 3 - 4pm BST.
All participants will be eligible for a follow-up 1-2-1 appointment
What is the difference?
A product-based service sells a physical product to consumers, whereas a service-based business does not sell a physical product, but rather offers customers a service.
