Students at De 51³Ô¹Ïapp University (51³Ô¹Ïapp) are ‘proud’ to be a part of the 51³Ô¹Ïapp Sport Scholarship programme.
The scholarship provides students with the opportunity to develop their sporting performance while studying at 51³Ô¹Ïapp and awards eligible students up to £6,000 of support.
19 students were successful on the Sport Scholarship programme during the 2019/20 academic year. We spoke to some of them about their experiences, as 51³Ô¹Ïappsport found that 97 per cent were satisfied with their experience.
Adult Nursing student Britanie White said that being a scholar made her “feel proud and part of a community”.
Britanie is a 2019-2020 badminton scholar and competed in the sport for Leicestershire from a young age.
