Tom qualified as a Management accountant (ACMA), completing the final exam, TopCIMA in 2008. His career since has included a group accounting role in a large agricultural company prior to a move into private sector accountancy training. After two years in this environment Tom transferred into the academic world (completing a PGCert HE and gaining fellowship of the Higher Education Academy).
