Dr. Campbell is an experienced academic and industry senior manager. He was the Managing Director of an educational services firm headquartered in the United Arab Emirates for over 10 years, has held academic positions at both UK and UAE Universities, taught in more than a dozen countries, and trained the management of some of the Middle East’s most prominent companies.

Dr. Campbell is the co-author of the textbook Organizational Behaviour with Stephen Robbins and Tim Judge and his research has appeared in international journals such as Systems Research and Behavioral Science; Journal of Business Ethics; Business Ethics: A European Review; the Learning Organization and Management Review Quarterly.
